Advantages and the Comfort of Wood in Interiors:

Massive oak parquets are made from natural materials, they bring a high comfort to our interiors and are very practical…

Wood has the ability to absorb and give off air humidity and thus relative air humidity in the room is kept at the range between 40 and 60%. This value of humidity is optimal for parquets and, at the same time, it is highly desirable for men’s health. This kind of setting also minimizes the emergence of electrostatic tension and settling of dust, a fact that can be appreciated mainly by people suffering from various kinds of allergy

Another advantage is a multiple possibility of renovation and an unmistakable natural appearance.

As to surface coating, we recommend varnishing with environmentally friendly lacquers or oiling while using natural ecological oils. Floors coated in this way are airy, which means that the floor can breathe, and keeps a “constant climate” in the room. On the other hand, floors coated in this way are resistant to abrasion and water.

The maintenance and cleaning of wood floors is very easy, and that is why we highly recommend you to purchase natural material for your floor.

Massive oak parquets with tongue and groove have an almost unlimited working life with the possibility of multiple flogging and a restoration of surface coating.

Parquets are classified into three quality grades:
A - quality:Tongue - groove longitudinally and laterally, longitudinal phase.
Sound and open knots up to 10 mm.
Tiny brown pin knots permitted.
Natural colouring permitted.
B - quality:Tongue - groove longitudinally and laterally, longitudinal phase.
Sound and open knots up to 35 mm.
Tiny brown pin knots permitted.
Sap-wood up to 10% of the surface.
Natural colouring permitted.
C - quality:Tongue - groove longitudinally and laterally, longitudinal phase.
Sound knots unlimited and open knots up to 50 mm.
Cracks up to 1 mm and the length up to 100 mm.
Tiny brown pin knots permitted.
Sap-wood permitted.
